Abstract: Learning
math has an abstract concept, therefore, teachers are required to help students
to more easily grasp the concepts without any difficulty. Another thing to note, is the use of
media, and the correct use of the media because the effect on student learning
outcomes. Media 3-dimensional
perspective is helpful in understanding the concept of space up to the standard
of competence to formulate various geometrical volume and calculate the volume
of a cube Basic Competence and beams. The
research objective was to describe the use of 3-dimensional perspective of
media cube space and beams up in class VI SDN Setro Gresik District Menganti to
describe student learning outcomes to understanding the concept of cube space
and beams up. This study uses the
design of PTK. In the
implementation of this study is divided into two cycles of four meetings that
consist of planning, action, observation and reflection.Research
sites in SDN Setro Sub District Menganti Gresik.Sebagai research subjects were
students of class VI SDN Setro Menganti Gresik District, amounting to 24
students made up of 11 boys and 13 girls.
The results showed that 3-dimensional perspective of the media is very useful in assisting student learning outcomes in understanding the concept of cube space and beams up.Data collection techniques in this study is testing and observation, research instruments were test questions and observation sheets.
As a suggestion of three-dimensional perspective of the media can increase students' understanding of geometrical concepts, in addition, this study can be used as guidelines for future research related to increasing student achievement.
